CrossFit Grail leased 2,250 square feet of retail space at Eaglebend Marketplace located at 11351 E. Aurora Parkway, unit A-4 in Aurora. John Livaditis, Tanner Johnson and Corey Cross represented the landlord.

JLL reports the following deals:

Fairway Independent Mortgage leased 2,876 square feet of office space at 5690 DTC Blvd. in Greenwood Village. Andrew Ross, James Roupp, Michael Crane and Sarajane Goodfellow handled lease negotiations.

Liberty Oilfield Services expanded to 60,045 square feet of office space at 950 17th St. in Denver. Andrew Willson, Kevin Foley, Lindsay Brown and Tom Lepry handled lease negotiations.

RS&H leased 10,460 square feet of office space at 7800 E. Union Ave. in Denver. Eric Carlbom represented the tenant. Andrew Ross, James Roupp, Michael Crane and Sarajane Goodfellow represented the landlord.

7417 Grandview, LLC bought a 1,188-square-foot retail building at 7417 Grandview Ave. in Arvada from Pouw Properties, LLC for $360,000. Jamie Mitchell represented the buyer. Amanda Dorotik represented the seller.

Cushman & Wakefield reports the following deal:

PB Enterprises, LLC bought 31,357 square feet of industrial space at 2401 S. Delaware St. in Denver from Kenton C. Ensor for $2.058 million. Tyler Smith, Aaron Valdez and Alec Rhodes represented the seller.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank reports the following deals:

Arbor Contract Carpet, Inc. leased 6,500 square feet of industrial space at 5350 Joliet St. in Denver. Steven Fletcher and Mike Wafer Jr. represented the landlord.
