Providigm, LLC leased 15,961 square feet of office space in the Stanford II Building at 8055 E. Tufts Ave. in Denver. Bob Ambrosius represented the tenant.

The Properties of Healing, LLC bought 7,722 square feet of office space at 7100 E. Hampden Ave. from Grandbois Family, LLC for $1.25 million. Bob Pipkin and Jeff LaForte represented the seller. Andrew Dodgen represented the buyer.

Concorde Place Complex, LLC bought 22,424 square feet of office space at 7208 S. Tucson Way in Centennial from Concorde Place for $2.1 million. Mike Haley and John Becker represented the seller.

X Marks the Spot, LLC bought a 6,000-square-foot industrial building at 785 S. Jason St. in Denver from Richard and Susan Paulsen for $642,600. Brian Baker represented the seller.

Liminal Developments, LLC bought a 1,875-square-foot retail building at 1445 S. Broadway St. in Denver from Good Spirits Development Co. I, LLC for $555,000. Tyler Ryon & Steve Serenyi represented the buyer.
