Pindustry, a duckpin bowling alley and restaurant venue, leased 34,000 square feet at HiFi at FlatIron Crossing, a 25-acre mixed-use development adjacent to the FlatIron Crossing shopping mall along U.S. 36 in Broomfield. The venue will open in 2027, and is the company’s second location after opening in Greenwood Village in 2021.
Echo Real Estate Capital purchased the Rampart Medical Campus, 125 and 130 N. Rampart Way in Denver’s Lowry neighborhood, for $8.6 million from HTA-130 Rampart MOB LLC and HTA-130 Rampart MOB LLC. The two medical outpatient buildings onsite span 70,631 square feet and are about 50 percent occupied. Chris Bodnar, Brannan Knott, Zack Holderman, Cole Reethof, Trent Jemmett, Jesse Greshin, Dann Burke, Stephani Gaskins and Anna Schornstein of CBRE represented the seller.

Ramarko LLC purchased a 3,880-square-foot Honey Baked Ham Co. location at 8900 Wadsworth Blvd. in Westminster for $1.55 million from TC Brookhill RLLP. Jake Malman represented the buyer. Matt Henrichs of CBRE represented the seller.
Colorado Food & Gas Inc purchased a 3,900-square-foot retail building at 2360 W. Mississippi Ave. in Denver for $850,000 from Michael M. Hoseyni. Jake Malman and Taylor Roy represented the seller. Greg Kelly of Re/Max Professionals represented the buyer.
Vivid Minds Wellness leased 4,010 retail square feet at 1545 S. Broadway in Denver. Jake Malman represented the landlord, Kofe LLC.
