Deals of note:

ServiceCore, a provider of cloud-based business management software for the liquid waste and roll-off industries, leased 14,794 square feet on the 10th floor of The Current in RiNo at 3615 Delgany St. in Denver.

EQR-Aventine LLC purchased a 227-unit apartment community along Pisa Lane in Highlands Ranch, just south of County Line Road and north of CO-470, for $91.25 million from Century Living at Verona LLC.

Frymann Yamaguchi Trust purchased a 9,113-square-foot, 17-unit apartment building at 1341 N. Cook St. in Denver for $5 million from 1341 N Cook Denver SM 1 LLC and 1341 N Cook Denver SM 2 LLC. Conner Piretti and Greg Johnson of NorthPeak Commercial Advisors represented the seller. Kevin Calame and Matt Lewallen, also of NorthPeak, represented the buyer. 

Fuller Real Estate reports the following deals:

EF Investments purchased a 12,160-square-foot industrial building at 7110 Lowell Blvd. in Westminster for $2.1 million from Clifford and Jill Hartman. Jason Russ, Travis Wanger and Alex Scott represented the seller. R.C. Myles and Craig Myles of Pinnacle Real Estate represented the buyer.  

ABC Bus Inc. leased 32,730 industrial square feet at 3350 Odessa Way in Aurora. Paul Roberts and Hayley Konowalchuk represented the tenant. Aaron Valdez of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord. 

Malman Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

CP Wash Inc purchased 12411 E. 104th Ave., a 1.09-acre parcel in Commerce City for $795,000 from Nolly Enterprises LLC. Taylor Roy represented the buyer. Gannon Roth of Unique Properties represented the seller. 

CBRE reports the following deal:

City Light & Power leased 21,699 square feet, the entire eighth floor, at 4582 S. Ulster St. in Denver. The deal will expand City Light & Power’s office footprint in town by over 8,000 square feet. Ryan Link and Mitch Bradley represented the tenant. 

Hoff & Leigh reports the following deals:

Fracos bar leased 4,510 retail square feet at 5302 S. Federal Circle, Unit A in Littleton. Michael Crawford represented the landlord, Tadesse Yohannes.

Ken Caryl Dental Center PLLC leased 1,791 office square feet at 10268 W. Centennial Road, Suite 100 in Littleton. Lisa Langiewicz represented the landlord, Ken Caryl Executive Plaza. 

Starlight Car Care leased 1,539 retail square feet at 1490 Carr St. in Lakewood. Chris Camozzi and Katie Martineau represented the landlord, Cullum 8390 LLC.

On Point Contracting leased 1,288 office square feet at 6901 S. Pierce St., Suite 315 in Littleton. Lisa Langiewicz represented the landlord, Columbine Executive Plaza LLC. 

Biniam Weldemichael leased 1,200 office square feet at 8020 Federal Blvd., Unit 7 in Westminster. Michael Crawford represented the landlord, Georges Meleka.

Polette Hernandez leased 750 office square feet at 8020 Federal Blvd, Unit 5 in Westminster. Michael Crawford represented the landlord, Georges Meleka. 

Act. Studio leased 726 office square feet at 6438 S. Quebec St., Suite 201 in Centennial. Lisa Langiewicz and Brandon Langiewicz represented the landlord, 6438 S Quebec LLC.

Henry Group Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

Magic Artisan Noodle leased 2,781 restaurant square feet at 1400 E. 17th Ave. in Uptown. The restaurant is a concept from Noodle Den LLC, which operates a number of other Asian restaurants in Westminster and Colorado Springs. Patrick Henry and Boston Weir represented the landlord, 17th Avenue Investors LLC. Brian Chimileski with Madison Commercial Properties represented the tenant.

Orchard Town Center in Westminster reports the following deal:

Cozy Coffee Co., J. Crew Factory, Rally House, Warby Parker and ZAGG all leased space at the site. The new tenants account for 34,000 square feet of retail space and bring the mall’s occupancy up to over 90 percent.

Fit Properties Inc purchased 195 Jackson St. in Denver for $6.3 million from Vareco 195 Jackson LLC. 

CW Cobblestone LLC purchased a car wash property at 5800 E. 120th Ave. in Thornton for $5.66 million from Cobblestone Denver Propco LLC.

LJBurns LLC purchased 152 W. Rafferty Gardens Ave., an auto repair shop in Littleton, for $4.48 million from Autohaus-Stuttgart LLC. 

Old Town Apartments LLC purchased 5360 S. Elati St., an apartment building in Littleton, for $1.18 million from Thelen Properties LLC.
