Deals of note:

Vera Wabash LLC purchased 2153 S. Wabash St., a 25,356-square-foot warehouse in southeast Denver for $3 million from 2153 South Wabash Street LLC, an entity affiliated with Tavern Hospitality founders Frank Schultz and Terry Papay. Patrick Henry, Boston Weir and CJ Toohey of Henry Group Real Estate represented the seller. Taylor Roy from Malman Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.

After signing a 15-year lease for the space in 2020, 7-Eleven corporate purchased the property at 7260 E. 36th Ave. on the edge of Park Hill and Central Park in Denver for $7.75 million from Iowa-based J.D. Carpenter Companies, Inc. 

Tasman, Inc. purchased a two-tenant 38,114-square-foot office, light industrial and warehouse facility on 3.3 acres for $4.8 million at 4725 Independence St. in Wheat Ridge from Tecta LLC and Solo@LHC LLC. John Reynolds and James Wachholz with Cushman & Wakefield and RC Myles with Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the seller. Mark Alley and Paul Schneider with Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer.

Lincoln Property Co. reports the following deals:

Terra Services leased 3,104 square feet at 11001 W. 120th Ave. in Broomfield. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord. 

Bryten Real Estate Partners leased 3,281 office square feet at 2000 S. Colorado Blvd. Scott Caldwell, Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord. 

Club Oil & Gas leased 3,913 office square feet at 9635 Maroon Circle in Englewood. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord.

Braddock Holdings Co. leased 2,380 square feet at 4725 S. Monaco St. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord. 

Antonoff & Co. Brokerage reports the following deal:

The Cupcake Garage Inc., dba Moe’s Broadway Bagel, leased 2,675 retail square feet at 1390 S. Colorado Blvd., Suite 130 in Denver. Doug Antonoff of Antonoff & Co. and Chris Katsaros of Antonoff & Co. Brokerage Inc. represented the landlord., C21 LLC. Hunter Barto of Dean Callan & Company represented the tenant.

Olive Garden purchased 2060 Prairie Center Pkwy. in Brighton for $1.04 million from THF Prairie Center Retail Three LLC. 

Noah Holdings LTD purchased 9185 Kenyon Ave. in Denver for $1.6 million from CO Investment Group LLC. 

EMC1 LLC purchased 1445 Cook St. in Denver for $1.59 million from UPHC Star LLC. 

4101 SMP LLC and Leger Investments LLC purchased 4101 E. Louisiana Ave. in Denver for $1.56 million from Midtown Investments LP. 

Epic Estates 16 Assets LLC purchased vacant land at 97240 E. 96th Ave. in Fort Morgan for $1.12 million from Candy Acres Ltd.
