Former Denver Broncos kicker Brandon McManus and his wife Nadia have sold their 7,189-square-foot mansion at 9300 E. Winding Hill Ave. in the Heritage Hills neighborhood of Lone Tree.

McManus, who played on the Broncos’ Super Bowl 50-winning team in 2015, bought the six-bedroom, seven-bath home built by Celebrity Homes in October 2021 for $2.5 million.

The property includes a pool and cabana, an indoor-outdoor sunroom with a kitchen, a covered patio and two outdoor brick fireplaces.

The interior features a primary suite with a fireplace and a private deck overlooking the backyard pool. The chef’s kitchen includes an oversized island, three ovens, and a convection microwave. The home’s upstairs features four ensuite bedrooms and two lounge spaces.

The finished basement includes a Pilates room, a custom wet bar, a guest suite with an ensuite bathroom, and a separate activity room with a ping pong table.

The McManuses, represented by Mckinze Casey with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, listed the home on April 3 for $3.5 million. It went under contract five days later, but that deal fell apart, and the couple relisted it for the same price on May 22.

Amy Cammack with Your Castle Real Estate represented the buyers, Scott Jay and Michele Lynn Davis, who closed on June 26 for $3.2 million.

McManus, who wasn’t selected in the 2013 NFL Draft, signed with the Indianapolis Colts but was waived before the season began. He signed with the New York Giants in January 2014 and played in four preseason games before he was traded to the Broncos, where he became the starting kicker after the team released Matt Prater.

McManus was the remaining member of the 2015 team when the Broncos released him in May 2023.

He then signed a one-year deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars. In May, McManus signed with the Washington Commanders, but was later released after two women sued him for sexual assault. An attorney for McManus told CNN the claims were “absolutely fictitious” and “an extortion attempt.”
