Deals of note:

Bitewell, which bills itself as a “food-as-medicine marketplace,” leased 14,000 office square feet in The Hub North at 3660 Blake St. in Denver. Guy Lachman and Trevor Curtis of JLL represented the tenant. James Roupp, Julie Rhoades and Maddy Stevenson of JLL represented the landlord.

Colorado Christian Fellowship purchased the Heritage Christian Center property at 14401 E. Exposition Ave. in Aurora for $11 million. Andrew Dodgen and Bob Leino of Fuller Real Estate represented the buyer.

WPI B Street LLC and Paskin – 1736 Boulder LLC purchased the 73-unit B Street LoHi apartment complex at 1736 Boulder St. in Denver for $29 million from 1736 Boulder St LLC, an entity affiliated with Denver-based Palisade Partners.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deal:

Brighton Rd LLC purchased 53,550 industrial square feet at 8777 Brighton Road in Henderson for $4.8 million from Ann C. Sahli-Sundby. Alyssa Tomback and Thimy Moraitis represented the seller.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

DakotaAve LLC purchased eight apartments at 8447-8449 W. Dakota Ave. in Lakewood for $2.1 million from David Beyer and April Beyer. Josh Newell, Connor Knutson and Jake Waxter represented the buyer.

Malman Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Freshly Faded LLC leased 2,100 retail square feet at 6530 Wadsworth Blvd., Suite 225, in Arvada. Dan Prevedel represented the landlord.

Spruce Power Holding Co. reports the following deal:

Spruce Power Holding Co. said it will relocate its Denver headquarters to the Colorado Center at 2000 S. Colorado Blvd. The firm has been based at 1875 Lawrence St.

Weston Empire LLC purchased 6095 S. Santa Fe Drive in Littleton for $4.8 million from Ecco Investments LLC.

Hanlon Bush Investments LLC purchased 10319 Tower Road in Commerce City for $2.527 million from GH First Venture LLC.

Yates Enterprises LLC purchased 1597 N. Peoria St. in Aurora for $730,000 from KH Carwash LLC.

Gadget Records LLC purchased 6485 N. Federal Blvd. in Denver for $500,000 from 6485 North Federal LLC.

ATA Bridge Holdings LLC purchased 716 E. Bridge St. in Brighton for $620,000 from GDG LLC.
