BusinessDen readers and staff headed to the former Art Institute of Colorado building last week.
In our latest “Hard Hat Happy Hour,” we checked out the redevelopment project being undertaken by Denver-based Nichols Partnership, which is converting the 10-story building at 1200 Lincoln St. from offices and classrooms into 192 residential units.
Project Manager Robbie Nichols and Melissa Rummel, the company’s development director, discussed the project along with JNS Architecture + Interior Design partner Tobias Strohe.
As guests ate, drank and networked on the first floor, a construction elevator ferried attendees six floors up to see the changes underway. The project is expected to be completed early next year.
Enjoy these photos of the evening by Alyson McClaran. And thanks to our event sponsors.
