Phoenix-based ViaWest Group purchased 9.32 acres at 5601 Franklin St. in Denver for $8.2 million from Salem Radio Properties Inc. The company plans to construct a 134,400-square-foot industrial facility. Drew McManus, Bryan Fry and Ryan Searle brokered the sale of the land to ViaWest and will be handling leasing.
