Deals of note:

Buchalter, a full-service business law firm, announced Wednesday that it’s moved to a new 21,223-square-foot office at 1099 18th St. The Los Angeles-based firm has about 25 attorneys and staff at its Denver office. It first opened a branch in the Mile High City at 1624 Market St. back in November 2022. 

Vibrant Hospitality LLC purchased the real estate for a Hampton Inn & Suites hotel at 3095 W. County Line Road in Littleton for $12.75 million from OCI Highlands Ranch LLC. The property last sold for $16.2 million in February 2015. 

Lucky Rabbits 579 LLC purchased the real estate for a Walgreens at 11602 W. 64th Ave. in Arvada for $4.62 million from CP Thunder FS LLC. Lucky Rabbits also purchased another Walgreens property at 1821 Bridge St. in Brighton for $4.96 million. 

NorthPeak Commercial Advisors reports the following deal:

Black Yeti LLC purchased a 4,278-square-foot, six-unit apartment building at 5551 S Delaware St. in Littleton for $900,000 from Gale Hawthorne. Jack Sherman and Hunter Schaefer represented both sides of the deal. 

Newmark reports the following deals:

Tyler Technologies leased 9,557 square feet at 410 17th St. in Denver. Grace Lessard, Whitney Hake and Jamie Gard represented the landlord, BCCC 410 Owner LLC. 

Unique Properties reports the following deal:

2278 S Kalamath St LLC purchased a 4,461-square-foot warehouse at 2278 S. Kalamath St. in Denver for $1.16 million from Vander Horst Family Trust. Hudson Cramer, Brett MacDougall and Michael DeSantis represented the buyer.

Malman Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Ignite Fitness Ltd leased 1,513 square feet at 14555 E Arapahoe Road, Unit C in Aurora. Dan Prevedel represented the Landlord, Jorden Crossing Property LLC.

Deals from deeds:

V&M Investments purchased 1680 E. 69th Ave. in unincorporated Adams County for $3.4 million from Arcane Industries LLC. 

TSJL LLC purchased 1201 Pecos St. in Denver for $2.5 million from JTH Investments LLC. 

220 Acoma LLC purchased 220 N. Acoma St. in Denver for $2.06 million from Johnson Properties LLC. 

Steven and Amanda Faria purchased 5805 W. 56th Ave. in Arvada for $1.74 million from 5805 LLC. 

T&J Partners LLC purchased 2260 Xandu Way for $1.5 million from Country Club Park LLC. 

Summit HC Real Estate LLC purchased 390 S. Dayton St. in Denver for $1.22 million from Elianna LLC.
