Deal of note:

Cap Hill 1075 Apartments LLC purchased a 36-unit apartment at 1075 N. Corona St. in Denver for $10.8 million at 11th Avenue Residential LLC. Greg Johnson and Conner Piretti of NorthPeak Commercial Advisors worked both sides of the deal. This is only the second time the property has been sold since its construction in 1955.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

5801 S Curtice Street LLC purchased a 13,900-square-foot industrial property 5801 S. Curtice St. in Littleton for $2.9 million from 5801 S Curtice LLC. RC Myles, Craig Myles, Debbie Brinkman and Joe Owston represented the seller. Mike Wafer Jr. of Newmark represented the buyer.

John Propp Commercial Group reports the following deal:

White Line Investments LLC purchased a 2,818-square-foot building at 21 N. Wilcox St. in Castle Rock for $1.35 million from GPC LLC. John V. Propp represented the seller. Charlie Cummings of Innovate Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. 

Lincoln Property Co. reports the following deals:

GlassFab leased 108,834 square feet at 20310 E. 35th Ave. in Aurora. Mark Dwyer represented the tenant.

Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson leased 4,296 square feet at 11001 W. 120th Ave. in Broomfield. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord. 

Integral Truck leased 2,500 square feet at 6901 W. 117th Ave. in Broomfield. Mark Dwyer represented the landlord. 

Ausenco Engineering leased 2,326 square feet at 3801 E. Florida Ave. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras represented the landlord. 

Cerecin leased 956 square feet at 11101 W. 120th Ave. in Broomfield. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord. 

Deals from deeds:

Savi Properties LLC purchased 221 Broadway and 35 W. 2nd Ave. in Denver for $2.5 million from Johnson Properties Ltd.  

Slathetician Inc purchased 7108 S. Alton Way, Building L in Centennial for $1 million from CTG Enterprises LLC.
