Twenty-one Colorado startups raised a total of nearly $110.5 million last month, according to SEC Form D filings.

That’s down from January’s $482 million across 27 deals and a far cry from February 2024’s $604.2 million from 59 companies.

Eight Denver-based firms pulled in $26.4 million while one Boulder-based company tallied $4.2 million. Twelve companies elsewhere in the Centennial State raised $80 million.
