Deals of note:

Kroger’s real estate arm purchased roughly two acres at the intersection of South Parker Road and North Pinery Parkway in unincorporated Douglas County for $2 million from Eagle Canyon Capital LLC. The purchase is part of a larger plan to construct a new King Soopers at the intersection, per public records. Kroger already owns 29 acres around this property, having purchased it last summer for $10 million.

Xcel HQ LLC purchased 17805 S. Golden Road in Golden for $7.35 million from Flywheel Capital, a Denver real estate investment company. 

5090 Federal LLC purchased 1225-1227 S. Pearl St. in Denver for $1.5 million from Redgate Properties LLC. 

Fuller Real Estate reports the following deal:

Gingerly Baked Properties LLC purchased a 1,000-square-foot industrial condo with a commercial kitchen at 851 Hwy 224, Unit B3 in unincorporated Adams County for $350,000 from Robert and Esther Wershaw. Esperanza Wardroup represented the seller. Jack Reilly of Transworld Commercial represented the buyer.

West Colfax LLC purchased a 3,066-square-foot building at 7011 W. Colfax Ave. in Lakewood for $375,000 from Jeffco Action Center. Brian Baker represented the seller.

MSLA Parker Holdings LLC purchased an assisted living facility at 19160 Cottonwood Drive in Parker for $36.25 million from Parker CO Senior Property LLC. 

Stonebridge Senior LLC purchased a senior living center at 11815 W. 64th Ave. in Arvada for $25.77 million from Haverland Carter Ralston Creek LLC. It last sold for $46.95 million in 2017.

Maverik LLC purchased the real estate for a Maverik gas station at 11505 W. Belleview Ave. in Littleton for $7.6 million from MM Littleton LLC.

Gold Sky LLC purchased 4150 E. Iowa Ave. in Denver for $7.03 million from Colorado Amllab LLLP. 

Vera Cruz Properties LP purchased the real estate for a Walgreens at 18620 E. Iliff Ave. in Aurora for $5.08 million from A&P Aurora Properties. 

KCT LLC purchased 11048 W. Jewell Ave. in Lakewood for $2.44 million from Tamburelli Enterprises Inc.

Toblave Holdings LLC purchased 4088 S. Federal Blvd. in Sheridan for $850,000 from 4088 S Federal LLC.
