Little Man Ice Cream is coming to Cherry Creek.

The Front Range staple is becoming the third prong of Town Pump Provisions

The spot, which is the passion project of Dana Monfort, will also feature a New York-style bodega and fast-casual restaurant at 2810 E. 3rd Ave., formerly home to Crepes n’ Crepes.

“It feels a little bit like coming home again,” said Paul Tamburello, who founded Little Man in 2008. He recalled the neighborhood being part of his paper route when he was a boy.

“Cherry Creek is the place to be right now,” he added. “We feel like our timing couldn’t be better.

Monfort, the broker-turned-restaurateur and daughter-in-law of Colorado Rockies owner Charlie Monfort, said the three concepts, which horseshoe around a courtyard, will open in May or June. She thinks of it as an elevated truck stop — a nod to her father’s career in the industry.

Town Pump Bodega will feature convenience and grocery store staples, as well as higher-end items from farmers markets and local restaurants. Town Pump Eatery will serve bites like green chile breakfast burritos and sandwiches from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

“We definitely have the same vision,” she said of Little Man. “We want to maintain the character and really cool mom-and-pop neighborhood feel of Cherry Creek as much as we can.”

The Town Pump spot marks Little Man’s 11th location. The creamery opened its 9th and 10th stores last year, in Greenwood Village and Littleton. Tamburello said he plans on adding up to two more in 2025 in addition to Cherry Creek.
