Deals of note:

KCA Concord LLC purchased a 54,280-square-foot data center at 8532 Concord Center Drive in unincorporated Douglas County for $10.4 million from Crevest LLC. The property was first listed for $11.5 million and last sold for about $4.5 million in 2013.

Bamboo Sushi will open its second Denver location in a 2,350-square-foot space at 1160 Madison St. The business will open by the end of the month. Logan Schenk of the Zall Co. and Dan Nesson of True North Real Estate represented Bamboo Sushi. 

The Koll Co. reports the following deal:

The Koll Co. purchased a 142,413-square-foot, single-tenant industrial building at 17450 E. 32nd Place for $15.8 million from LBA Realty. The all-cash deal marks Koll’s first acquisition in Colorado since 2007. Colliers brokered the transaction, representing both the seller and buyer.

LYK Inverness LLC purchased a 36,000-square-foot warehouse at 10790 W. 50th Ave. in Wheat Ridge for $6.96 million from BPAZ Holdings 15 LLC. 

CC Assets LLC purchased a warehouse at 6333 E. 56th Ave. in Commerce City for $3 million from Rockystar Properties LLC. 

TDJH Holdings LLC purchased 3650 E. 41st Ave. in Denver for $2.17 million from Strong Properties LLC. 

JJH Global Realty IV LLC purchased 5201 S. Santa Fe Drive in Littleton for $1.86 million from G&T LLC. 

Innovative Design Holdings LLC purchased 3800 S. Jason St. in Englewood for $1.26 million from 3800 South Jason Street LLC.
