Deals of note:

Mesirow Financial purchased The District by Windsor, a 276-unit apartment complex at 6300 E. Hampden Ave. in Denver, for $91.1 million from GID. The property includes 16,622 square feet of commercial space. It was built in 2007, sits on a seven-acre lot and is 95 percent occupied. Jordan Robbins, Wick Kirby, Alex Possick and Seth Gallman represented the seller.

PM Standard Tech LLC purchased the Staybridge Suites Denver Tech Center hotel at 7150 S Clinton St. on the edge of Centennial for $11.5 million from SB Denver Tech LLC. 

Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii plans to open a downtown location at 1735 Chestnut Place on January 28. It will be open daily from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. The business has another Denver location at 2990 N. Speer Blvd. 

Malman Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Ascent Commercial Real Estate LLC purchased a 13,968-square-foot light industrial building at 3020-3050 E. 43rd Ave. in Denver for $920,000 from Finishing Specialties Inc. Shane Robson represented the seller.

Lincoln Property Company reports the following deals:

Michael Baker International leased 16,814 square feet at 165 S. Union Blvd. in Lakewood. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord. 

Craters and Freighters leased 14,200 square feet at 500 Burbank St. in Broomfield. Mark Dwyer and Sam Slaton represented the tenant. 

SOL Mental Health leased 3,953 square feet at 165 S. Union Blvd. in Lakewood. Andrew Piepgras and Peter Thomas represented the landlord. 

Stoneham Drilling leased 1,529 square feet at 1776 Lincoln St. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras represented the tenant. 

Ditto Transcripts leased 1,434 square feet at 1355 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras represented the tenant.

Internet2 leased 3,643 square feet at 475 17th St. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras, Peter Thomas and Scott Caldwell represented the landlord. 

Hoff & Leigh reports the following deals:

Blooming Connections Adult Day Program LLP leased 2,000 retail square feet at 3140 S. Parker Road Suite 9 in Aurora. Jessica Brejcha and Adam Wachholtz represented the tenant.

Manish Thapa leased 1,450 retail square feet at 6465 West Colfax Ave. in Lakewood. Michael Crawford represented the landlord, Marco Ramirez. 

Farah Holdings LLC leased 1,030 retail square feet at 9032 Ken Caryl Ave. in Littleton. Claire Hertel represented the tenant. 

V & J Junk Removal leased 250 office square feet at 6438 S. Quebec St. Suite 302 in Centennial. Lisa Langiewicz and Brandon Langiewicz represented the landlord, 6438 S Quebec LLC. 

BMI Systems Group leased 203 office square feet at 7501 Village Square Drive, Suites 201 and 203 in Castle Pines. Lisa Langiewicz represented the landlord, Eclipse Properties LLC. 

Feel The Beat Corp leased 150 office square feet at 501 Cherry St., Suite 103 in Glendale. Lisa Langiewicz represented the landlord, Coreventure LLC. 

Antonoff & Co. Brokerage Inc. reports the following deals:

Hair Studio Plus leased 1,486 retail square feet at 5600 W. Dartmouth Ave. #102 in Denver for a hair salon. Charles Nusbaum represented the tenant. 

Deals from deeds:

WareSpace, which rents out small warehouses, purchased a 70,000-square-foot warehouse at 360 Inverness Drive South in unincorporated Douglas County for $8.8 million from LYK Inverness LLC.

Patel Paresh and Crown Points Inc purchased an apartment complex at 19302 Cottonwood Drive in Parker for $3.5 million from BRMK 19302 Cottownwood LLC.
