Sagard Real Estate purchased Alta Green Mountain, a 260-unit apartment complex built in 2020 at 13055 W. Mississippi Court in Lakewood, for $104.6 million from TA Realty. Dave Martin and Brian Mooney of Northmarq represented the seller.
SUP II Orchards LLC purchased most of The Orchards shopping center at 5910-6010 S. Holly St. in Greenwood Village for $42.6 million from USPA Orchards LLC. The deal includes a King Soopers, two adjacent retail strips, Panera Bread and a large parking lot at the corner of Holly Street and Orchard Road.
Cous Cous Hice leased 1,000 restaurant square feet at 5327 E. Colfax Ave. in Denver – the former GB Fish & Chips space. David Schneider of Axio Commercial represented the landlord.
John Propp Commercial Group reports the following deal:
River Rise Capital purchased 30,078-square-foot industrial property on 1.72 acres at 4391 York St. in Denver for $5 million from LG Investments LLC. The new owner plans to hold the property as an investment after re-signing the tenant to a new long-term lease. John V. Propp and Michael Honc represented the seller.
Katharsis LLC and EJ California LLC purchased two three-story office buildings at 7853 and 7955 E. Arapahoe Court in Centennial, each spanning 31,590 square feet, for $4.55 million from 7853 Arapahoe Partners LLC, The Welsh Family Trust and 7955 Arapahoe Partners LLC. The properties were purchased by a single buyer who plans to operate the buildings as an investment. John V. Propp and Joshua K. Cohen represented the seller. Jason Ruscio of The Avant Group represented the buyer.

PCs for People purchased a 21,456 square foot industrial building at 5095 Peoria St. in Denver for $3.14 million from the American Paintball Coliseum. Kristjan Danis represented both sides in the transaction.

Gayeski Capital Equities LLC purchased the real estate for a Waterway Gas & Wash at 16330 E. Arapahoe Road in Foxfield for $3 million from Laguna Investments. Jake Malman represented the seller.

LTCD LLC purchased a 14-unit, 12,392-square-foot apartment building at 1320 Ammons St. in Lakewood for $2.75 million from 1320 Ammons LLC. Jack Sherman and Hunter Schaefer represented the buyer. Kevin Calame and Matt Lewallen represented the seller.
