Deals of note:

CR Poets LLC purchased the “Poet’s Row” buildings at 1000 N. Lincoln St. and 1001, 1015, 1025, 1035, 1045 and 1055 N. Sherman St. in Denver for $37.5 million from Poets Row Residential LLC, an affiliate of Denver-based RedPeak. The seller paid $48.3 million in 2019.

Avalon Lowry LLC purchased an apartment complex at 7108 E. Lowry Blvd., just off Quebec Street, for $136.5 million from Encore at Boulevard One LLC. 

Denver Cascade Colorado LLC purchased a 382-space mobile home park at 9650 Federal Blvd. in unincorporated Adams County for $62 million from Denver Cascade LLC. It is the highest-price manufactured housing community sale in Colorado’s history, per CBRE. Norm Sangalang, Erik Edwards, Jon Shay, Jez Lawson and Myles McGinnis of CBRE represented the seller. 

Henry Group Real Estate reports the following deal:

State Storage Colorado LLC purchased a portfolio of self-storage and small-bay industrial properties at 821 E. 70th Ave., 1000 E. 73rd Ave., 960 E. 73rd Ave. and 1100 E. 73rd Ave. for $11.5 million in unincorporated Adams County from High Noon Associates. Patrick Henry, Boston Weir and Colton Murphy represented the seller.  

Madison Commercial Properties reports the following deals:

L&L Glass purchased a 26,490-square-foot industrial property on 1.14 acres at 3300 S. Shoshone St. in Sheridan for $5 million from AGM Family LLC. Nick Jurgens represented the seller. Marty Knape with CBRE represented the buyer.

10SUS40 LLC purchased nearly an acre for redevelopment at 1040 S. Uvalda St. in Aurora for $1.1 million from The Archdiocese of Denver. Brandon Gouker of Madison Commercial and John St. Martin of Madison and Company represented the buyer. Katie Hummer of Kin Commercial represented the seller.

Fuller Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Safer Housing LLC purchased the 61-unit Green Tree Inn hotel at 9799 E. Geddes Ave. in Centennial for $4.8 million from Asset Preservation Inc. Bob Pipkin and Jeff LaForte represented the buyer.

Kentwood Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Lipan Abell Holdings LLC purchased 1207 S. Lipan St. in Denver for $920,000 from DCS Holdings LLC. Jim Tyler represented the buyer. Ron Webert from Lee & Associates represented the seller.

Lincoln Property Co. reports the following deals:

Craters & Freighters leased 19,898 square feet at the Colorado Center, 2000 S. Colorado Blvd., Tower 3 825 in Denver. Mark Dwyer represented the tenant. 

Ninja Nation leased 15,743 square feet at 8644 S. Peoria St. in Englewood. Mark Dwyer represented the landlord. 

Tricon Geophysics leased 9,513 office square feet at 475 17th St. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras, Peter Thomas and Scott Caldwell represented the landlord. 

Home Builders Foundation leased 2,355 square feet at 6851 S. Holly St. in Centennial. Andrew Piepgras of Lincoln Property Company represented the landlord. 

Rocky Mountain Energy Solutions leased 1,678 office square feet at 475 17th St. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras, Peter Thomas and Scott Caldwell represented the landlord. 

Okreek Oil & Gas leased 1,610 office square feet at 475 17th St. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras, Peter Thomas and Scott Caldwell represented the landlord. 

Hoff & Leigh reports the following deal:

Basis Partners leased 4,126 office square feet at 9000 E. Nichols Ave., Suite 215 in Centennial. Lisa Langiewicz represented the tenant.

Antonoff & Co. Brokerage Inc. reports the following deal:

Hogs House LLC, a year-round football training camp for high school students, leased 2,150 square feet at 2855 W. Oxford St., Unit 2 in Sheridan. Charles Nusbaum represented the tenant. Lauren Quiram and John Webb represented the landlord, Waterpark II & III LLC.

Compass Peak Holdings LLC purchased 1520 W. 13th Ave. in Denver for $5 million from Bovamar LLC. 

Something Built to Last LLC purchased 2115-2123 S. Birch St. and 4360-4362 E. Evans Ave. in Denver for $2.1 million Guertner Building LLC. 

RLLP Race and York and RLLP West 5th Ave purchased 2720 and 2727 W. 5th Ave. in Denver for $3.75 million from 5th Avenue Properties LTD.
