CPRF Citadel at Castle Pines LLC purchased the Citadel at Castle Pines at 353 Edge View Circle in Castle Pines for $101 million from Thompson Thrift. CAH CO Commerce City Holdings LLC purchased 33,660 office/industrial square feet at 4455-4475 E. 74th Ave. in Commerce City for $6.5 million from KYCO Real Estate Holdings LLC.

Quicktrip Corp. purchased 3610-3640 Chambers Road, a 11,950-square-foot building on 11.54 acres, for $7.2 million from Wheeling Service Center LLC. Formerly occupied by Lazydays as an RV sales and service center, the lease was terminated early. Brandon Paxton represented the seller.
