Deals of note:

DTC MF Owner LLC purchased the Bell Denver Tech Center apartments at 4380 S. Monaco St. in the Denver Tech Center for $12.66 million from Bell Fund VI Denver Tech Center LLC.

InterCapital Group and Pamera North America purchased the 302-unit One City Block apartment complex at 444 E. 19th Ave. in Denver for $95 million from RAR2 444 East 19th LLC. It last sold for $99.5 million in 2017 and includes 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Shane Ozment, Terrance Hunt, Chris Hart and Brad Schlafer of CBRE represented the seller.

Aspen Ironton LLC purchased a 37,636-square-foot warehouse at 4600 Ironton St. in Denver for $4.5 million from GS Ironton LLC. Jake Malman and Dan Prevedel of Malman Commercial Real Estate represented the seller. Taylor Roy of Malman Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. 

Kentwood Commercial reports the following deals:

Eyelid Holdings LLC purchased a 2,179-square-foot office condo at 8301 E. Prentice Ave. in Greenwood Village for $650,000 from True Wealth Properties LLC. Randy Swearingen represented the seller.

Samuels Financial Inc leased 4,038 office square feet at 5299 DTC Blvd. in Greenwood Village. Randy Swearingen represented the tenant. 

Centerre Construction Inc leased 4,651 office square feet at 4100 E. Mississippi Ave. in Glendale. Jim Tyler and Bobby Bolyard represented the tenant. 

Colorado Christian Defense Counsel LLC leased 1,753 office square feet at 8821 E. Hampden Ave. in Denver. Bobby Bolyard represented the tenant. 

The Taxman Agency LLC leased 1,273 office square feet at 1075 Yukon St. in Lakewood. Bobby Bolyard represented the tenant. 

Malman Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Colfax Meerhouse LLC purchased a 5,073-square-foot office building on a 12,564-square-foot lot at 4535 E. Colfax Ave. from Peter C. Meer & Sheila H. Meer. Dan Prevedel represented the seller. Aviva Sonenreich and Josh Sonenreich of Warehouse Hotline LLC represented the buyer.

HLD1339 Limited Liability Company purchased 1339 Osage St. and 1520 W. 14th Ave. in Denver for $3.15 million from DTCB Inc. 

Jeffries Holdings LLC purchased 3770 Paris St., a 16,000-square-foot industrial property on three-quarters of an acre in Denver, for $2.13 million from Yarok LLC. 

Manshad Properties LLC purchased 4590 Lowell Blvd. and 3552 W. 46th Ave. in Denver for $1.5 million from Run One LLC.

Your Family Home Care LLC purchased 1697-1699 S. Federal Blvd., a 3,500-square-foot office in Denver for $1.38 million from Arlana Kelvin LLC. 

El Gallito Holdings LLC purchased Pupusas Fire Family Restaurant property at 2035 S. Sheridan Blvd. for $975,000 from South Sheridan Realty LLC. 

1456 Lowell LLC purchased a small church at 1456 Lowell Blvd. in Denver for $900,000 from True Vine Tabernacle.
