KG One City Block Venture LP purchased the One City Block apartment complex at 444 E. 19th Ave. in Denver for $95 million from RAR2 444 East 19th LLC. It last sold for $99.5 million in 2017.
307 Main Street Nominee Trust purchased 1306 Elizabeth St., a 6,055-square-foot 12-unit apartment building in Denver, for $2.25 million from 1306 Elizabeth Street LLC. The listing process took six months, received six offers and had 15 tours in total. The sale had a six-day close, all cash and no contingencies. Hunter Schaefer and Jack Sherman of NorthPeak Commercial Advisors worked with the buyer and seller in this transaction.

Merman Properties Inc and Lighthouse Apts LLC purchased 6130 W. 40th Ave., a 14-unit apartment building in Wheat Ridge, for $3.15 million from Lighthouse Apartments LLC.
SRR Holdings LLC purchased a car wash at 14835 W. 64th Ave. in Arvada for $3.1 million from SCF RC Funding IV LLC.
