Deals of note:

CenterSquare purchased 9740-60 Grant St. in Thornton, a two-building retail strip spanning 18,938 square feet, for $6.27 million from 9740 Grant St LLC. It’s the firm’s first shopping center purchase in the Denver metro and includes national tenants T-Mobile, Docket’s BBQ and Red Wing Shoes.

Tox-River North, a national franchise focused on “whole body wellness,” leased 1,628 square feet at The Mercello, 3161 Walnut St. in Denver. Amanda Tompkins of Henry Group Real Estate represented the landlord. Colin Clancy of Broad Street Realty represented the tenant.

Wheat Ridge Hotels LLC purchased 10664 Cabela Drive, a TownePlace Suites in Lone Tree, for $17.8 million from Park Meadows TPP LLC.

NorthPeak Commercial Advisors reports the following deal:

Vermillion LLC purchased 4630 E. Asbury Circle, a 8,649-square-foot, 12-unit apartment complex just off I-25 in Denver for $2.38 million from LTCD LLC. Kevin Calame and Matt Lewallen represented the buyer. Jack Sherman and Hunter Schaefer represented the seller.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

Solid Home LLC purchased 7000 Stuart St. and 4260 W. 70th Place, a 12-unit multifamily property in Westminster, for $2.04 million from 7030 Stuart LLC. Chris Knowlton represented both sides.

Malman Commercial Real Estate Reports the following deal:

Rocky Mountain Slim LLC leased 1,439 square feet at 333. W. Hampden Ave. in Englewood. Raechel Kimbriel represented the tenant.

Deals from deeds:

101 JLM LLC, Connecticut Colorado Partnership LLC and Nectar Oakbrook 2024 LLC purchased part of a retail strip in Littleton at 311 E. County Line Road for $7.3 million from Denver-based Sidford Capital.

MCR Castle Rock LLC purchased 864 Barranca Drive, a retail/office building in Castle Rock that houses a health care business, for $5.2 million from JVCO Real Estate Investments Inc

KTC Audio -A LLC purchased 8455 Pecos St., a 8,320-square-foot retail property in unincorporated Adams County, for $1.6 million, or $192 a foot, from The George and Deborah Watson Joint Living Trust Survivors Trust – Trust A and The George and Deborah Watson Joint Living Trust Non-Exempt Qualified Marital Trust.
