Former Denver Bronco linebacker Todd Davis’ transition from Super Bowl champ to housing developer was smooth.
“I’ve always had a passion for real estate,” said Davis, whose wife and father sell real estate.
After retiring from professional football in 2021, Davis started fixing and flipping houses in Denver and dreamed of starting a development company.

A mutual friend introduced Davis to Seibel Construction’s management, where he started as an investor in the house at 2200 Newton St. in Sloan’s Lake. The new build hit the market this month with an asking price of $3.25 million.
The 5,500-square-foot custom modern Tudor home with a brick exterior includes five bedrooms, six baths and a full basement.
It also includes a 500-square-foot additional dwelling unit with a bedroom, bath, and kitchen over the three-car garage.
The main level features an oversized living room with a gas fireplace, a formal dining room, a floating staircase, an office, a mudroom, and a chef’s kitchen with a butler’s pantry and a breakfast nook.
The second level includes a primary suite with a gas fireplace, a custom walk-in closet, and a five-piece bath with a steam shower that adjoins a laundry room.
The third level includes a penthouse lounge with a walk-out deck that provides mountain, lake and downtown views. The fenced-in backyard includes an outdoor patio.

Based in Lakewood, Seibel Construction builds infill projects, including custom homes and townhomes in the western metro, including West Colfax, Sloan’s Lake, Lakewood and Wheat Ridge.
“Developing in experiential areas like Sloan’s Lake is part of our philosophy,” said Bryce Parietti, Seibel’s finance director.
“We focus on areas with population growth and amenities. We also like working near I-70 and the mountains.”
Davis, who hosts the “DNVR Denver Broncos Podcast,” is also working with Seibel on a 19-townhome development project in Lakewood, where he can be more hands-on and is involved with the project’s design and permitting.
“For this one, I’m more than the money guy.”
Choosing to work with Davis was a natural fit for Seibel.
“He wanted to get into development and learn from the ground up,” Parietti said.
