Deals of note:

Thriving Families purchased 191 Yuma St. in Denver, a two-story, 20,167-square-foot building, for $3.1 million from The Dumb Friends League, an animal shelter. The buyer is a pre- and postnatal services provider. Alex Shapiro and Karen Clark of Transwestern Real Estate Services represented the seller. The buyer was represented by David Welker and Todd Roebken of Savills Inc. Roebken is now with Rocky Mountain Investment Partners. 

1225 W. Virginia LLC purchased 45,710 warehouse square feet at 1225 W. Virginia Ave. in Denver for $5.15 million from Leggett Platt Incorporated.

Captain Corkum LLC purchased 949 Marine St. in Boulder, a 26,788-square-foot apartment building, for $21.71 million from Hill House LLC. The deal took 46 days from contract to closing, with the buyer assuming an existing Fannie Mae loan on the property. Marc Lippitt, Justin Herman and Phil Dankner of Unique Properties represented the seller.

Capstone reports the following deal:

1400 W Louisiana CA LLC purchased 1400-1402 W. Louisiana Ave. in Denver, a 10,528-square-foot apartment building, for $1.92 million from Louisiana RJ LLC. Jason Koch and Christian Burgdorf brokered the transaction.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

Akhil Kulkarni and Shruthi Manjula Balakrishna purchased 1409 Boston St. and 9265 E. 14th Ave., two adjacent fourplexes in Aurora, for $1.3 million from 1409 Holdings LLC. Josh Newell, Connor Knutson and Jake Waxter represented the seller.

John Propp Commercial Group reports the following deal:

Tebo Properties purchased 4060 – 4100 York St. in Denver, two plots of land totalling 15,668 square feet, for $1.2 million, or $77 a foot, from Terry L. Baker. John V. Propp represented the seller. 

Malman Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Crown Trophy leased 4,726 retail square feet at 6520 Wadsworth Blvd., Suite 209 in Arvada. Dan Prevedel and Jake Malman represented the landlord, Fairlanes Shopping Center LLC.

Chambers Denver 44 LLC purchased 4400 Chambers Road in Denver for $3.29 million from Brauer Capital Company LLC. 

2190 S Raritan LLC purchased 2190 Raritan St. in Denver for $1.04 million from Weston Realestate LLC. 

Sheridan Housing LLC purchased 1010 Sheridan Blvd. in Denver for $850,000 from Mental Health Center of Denver.
