Deals of note:

Johns Manville renewed its lease for 121,000 square feet across five floors at 717 17th St. in Denver through 2035. The manufacturing firm moved to Denver in 1988 and last renewed its lease in the building in 2013. Barry Dorfman, Patrick Bolick, Tim Bourdelais and Janessa Biller of JLL represented the tenant. Michael Crane, Andy Ross and Julie Rhoades of JLL represented the landlord.

Yoga Box leased 2,106 square feet at 2445 E. 3rd Ave. in Denver. Lily Armstrong of JLL represented the tenant. Kyle Framson, Stacey Glenn and Stuart Zall of the Zall Company represented the landlord, DRC trust.

Westminster 14190 MP RK6 LLC purchased the 75,605-square-foot Orchard Park Medical Center at 14190 Orchard Pkwy. in Westminster for $30.55 million from North Denver MOB LLC. Built in 2022, the facility is 93 percent leased. Chris Bodnar, Brannan Knott, Cole Reethof, Trent Jemmett, Dann Burke and Stephani Gaskins of CBRE represented the seller.

Meadows Storm LLC purchased a 24-unit apartment complex at 1280 N. Albion St. in Denver for $6.1 million from Glenwood Albion LLC and Slater Street LLC. Greg Johnson and Conner Piretti represented the seller. 

Hoff & Leigh report the following deals:

4609 E Colfax LLC purchased 4609 E. Colfax Ave. in Denver for $465,000 from O&F Properties. Brandon Langiewicz represented the buyer. 

Rocky Mountain RV leased 7,100 industrial square feet at 7623 N. Lavaun Drive in Douglas County from landlord DougCO LLC. Brandon Langiewicz and Shane Robson represented both sides.

Hip Pops leased 3,000 office square feet at 1725 E. 69th Ave. in Denver. Lisa and Brandon Langiewicz represented the landlord, Elkco Properties. 

High Country leased 390 office square feet at 6901 S. Pierce St. Suite 390 in Littleton. Lisa and Brandon Langiewicz represented the landlord, Columbine Executive Plaza.

Dr. Bev Priest leased 114 office square feet at 6901 S Pierce St. Suite 310D in Littleton. Lisa and Brandon Langiewicz represented the landlord, Ruffner Properties.

Gurbani Enterprise Inc purchased 5005 Washington St. in Denver for $6.47 million from Schatz Family Investment Company LLP. 

2288 S. Broadway LLC purchased 2528-2540 W. 26th Ave. in Denver from Owen LLC. 

Ever Beauty LLC purchased 5 percent of Offices at the Art at 1221 Broadway in Denver for $700,000 from NCP 1221 Broadway LLC.
