Deals of note:

Denver-based Westfield and Reinsurance Group of America purchased Centerpark at 4900-5050 N. Osage St. in Denver, three fully leased industrial buildings totaling 431,157 square feet on more than 22 acres, for $73 million from SPF Centerpark LLC. Will Strong, Jim Carpenter, Kirk Kuller, Michael Matchett, Molly Hunt and Dean Wiley of Cushman & Wakefield brokered the transaction.

Lowry North Acquisition LLC purchased Lowry North, a 192-unit garden-style apartment complex at 8001 E. 11th Ave. in Denver, for $51 million from Lowry North Property LLC and Lowry North Wildcreek LLC. The development was built in 2002 and features 66 one-bedroom, 96 two-bedroom, and 30 three-bedroom apartments. Nick Steele and Nate Moyer of Berkadia Denver worked the deal.

Flee the Flock Curated Goods leased 1,035 retail square feet at Backyard on Blake at 3040 Blake St. in RiNo. Molly Bayer of CBRE represented the tenant. Keri Farmelo of Mainspring represented the landlord, Backyard on Blake LLC. 

Gruber Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

4333 Enterprise LLC purchased 4333 Cherokee St. in Denver, a 6,900-square-foot warehouse on a 16,600-square-foot lot, for $2.48 million in an off-market transaction from 4333 Cherokee LLC. It’s the first time the property has been sold since its construction in 1980. Russell Gruber worked the deal.

Capstone Cos. reports the following deal:

Harmony Investments LLC purchased 1690 Swadley St. in Lakewood, a 3,600-square-foot, eight-unit multifamily property, for $1.38 million or $171,875 per unit from VareCo SFR LLC. The seller purchased the property less than a year ago for $840,000. Sam Bretz represented the seller and Benton Adams represented the buyer.

Hoff & Leigh reports the following deals:

Russell Schlyer purchased 6,400 warehouse square feet at 7006 S. Alton Way, Units C1 and C2, for $1.15 million from Tom Crane. Christo Manos and Brandon Langiewicz represented the buyer. 

Advocates of Recovery leased 6,385 office square feet at 3440 W. 71st Place in Westminster. Christo Manos and Brandon Langiewicz represented the tenant. 

Excel Tax & Accounting LLC leased 100 office square feet at 7501 Village Square Drive, Suite 100, in Castle Pines. Lisa Langiewicz represented the tenant and the landlord, Eclipse Properties LLC. 

Malman Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

JLR Properties LLC purchased an 1,890-square-foot industrial condo at 5475 Peoria St., Building 1, Unit 101, in Denver for $425,250 from Peoria Condos LLC. Jake Malman and Taylor Roy represented the seller. 

Newmark reports the following deal:

Discount Tire and Marcone Supply, Inc. leased 339,000 and 156,000 industrial square feet filling the entirety of Building 2 at 9400 E. 46th Place in Denver. Mike Wafer and Mike Wafer, Jr. represented the landlord and developer, Brookfield Properties.

Deals from deeds:

ECLT Trenton Commons LLC purchased 1520 Trenton St. in Denver for $2.35 million from Vareco ECP LLC and Vareco EXP TIC LLC.

Venture for Success Preparatory Learning Center purchased 12900 Albrook Drive in Denver for $1 million from Albrook Partners LLC.
