A massive donut-shaped office building in Douglas County is up for grabs after its owner quietly moved its headquarters to the Denver Tech Center last year.

TTEC Holdings, formerly known as TeleTech, was based for years from the 270,000-square-foot building at 9197 S. Peoria St., just south of E-470.

In late May, however, the publicly traded firm started listing a new address in its filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission: 6312 S. Fiddler’s Green Circle in Greenwood Village, the office building known as Tuscany Plaza.

A TTEC spokeswoman said no executives were available to discuss the move and didn’t respond to questions posed by email.

TTEC, which operates call centers and provides digital customer service on behalf of various companies, appears to have downsized significantly. CoStar’s report for the Tuscany Plaza building shows TTEC has just over 38,000 square feet — 85 percent less space than the company had at Peoria.

TTEC still owns its former headquarters property, records indicate. The building is now being marketed for sale or lease by CBRE.

The two-story structure was built in 1999 and sits on 21 acres. It includes a 750-seat auditorium, gym and cafe, according to marketing materials. Two levels of underground parking include 444 spots. The structure wraps around a park-like courtyard space.

The Peoria building was constructed for Tele-Communications Inc., which was purchased in 1999 by AT&T. TTEC purchased the property in the early 2000s, according to the Denver Post

TTEC was founded in southern California in 1982 and relocated its headquarters to Colorado in 1993. The company, which did $2.4 billion in revenue in 2022, said in a recent press release that it has 64,400 employees on six continents.
