Confluent Development and Ascentris, a Denver real estate private equity firm, acquired ParkRidge Six, a five-story, 161,000-square-foot office building in Lone Tree for $23 million from WPC PR6 CO LLC.
Six13 LTD purchased 1745-1753 S. Broadway in Denver, a roughly 7,000-square-foot retail strip on the edge of Platt Park, for $2.21 million from Johnny Marie LLC.

A partnership between Hyde Development and Mortenson Properties purchased three industrial buildings totalling 593,000 square feet at 12360 E. 46th Ave. in Denver for $73.5 million from Invesco. Jeremy Ballenger, Tyler Carner, Jessica Ostermick and Jim Bolt represented the seller.
