Deals of note:

Larimer 35 LLC purchased Link 35, a 66-unit mixed-use apartment building at 3418 Larimer St. in Denver, for $21.5 million from Denver Link LLC. Nick Steele and Nate Moyer of Berkadia Denver represented the seller. 

4400 Harlan Court LLC purchased a newly developed 7-Eleven property at 4400 Harlan Court in Wheat Ridge for $8.83 million from Cadence Capital. Ryan Tomkins of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the seller. 

RJ Schinner, a Wisconsin-based wholesale distributor of food-service and janitorial supplies, leased 60,254 industrial square feet at 19080 E. 38th Ave. in Aurora. Jeremy Ballenger, Tyler Carner and Jim Bolt of CBRE represented the landlord. 

NavPoint Real Estate Group reports the following deals

DCP Arvada LLC purchased 6618-6680 Wadsworth Blvd. in Arvada, three single-story retail buildings totaling 29,218 square feet on 3.67 acres of land, for $2.69 million from Green Meadows Enterprises LLC. Matt Call represented the buyer. Jay Modglin of Kentwood City Properties represented the seller.

Marrow LLC leased 6,300 office square feet at 3784 S. Inca St. in Englewood for 60 months. Matt Kulbe and Jeff Brandon represented the landlord.

Green Shark Fitness leased 2,097 retail square feet at 9325 Dorchester St., Suite 127, in Highlands Ranch for 121 months. Jeff Brandon represented the tenant.

Blue West Capital reports the following deal

BTS Sheridan MCD LLC purchased the 17-tenant office building at 494 Sheridan Blvd. for $2.13 million from Sheridan Office Plaza LLC. Brandon Gayeski of Blue West Capital represented both the buyer and seller.

NorthPeak Commercial Advisors reports the following deal

BR8 1415 Yosemite LLC purchased a 16-unit apartment building at 1415 N. Yosemite St. in Denver for $2 million from 1415 Yosemite LLC. Dan Hawthorne represented the seller. 

Pinnacle Real Estate advisors reports the following deal:

10444 Partners LLC purchased the 12-unit multifamily property at 10444 E. 14th Ave for $1.32 million from RMW Homes LLC. Barton Thompson and James Few represented both the buyer and the seller.

NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deals

Duck Duck Industries LLC purchased the 1,770-square-foot industrial building at 6410 W. 20th Ave. in Lakewood for $590,000 from Fay Maten. Paul Cattin, Adam Hubschman and Solomon Stark represented the seller.  

Sawa Foods leased 3,051 square feet at 1737 E. Evans Ave. in Denver. Paul Cattin, Adam Hubschman and Solomon Stark of NAI Shames Makovsky represented the landlord. 

Axio Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals

Arc Thrift Stores leased 1,275 square feet at 7150 Leetsdale Drive in Denver for a donation center. John Livaditis and Brian Frank represented the landlord.

AK&S LLC signed a 10-year lease for 4,950 square feet at Premier Lofts at 2200 Market St. in Denver. David Schnieder represented the landlord. Nick Gotalaere of Sanborn & Co. represented the tenant.

Mason’s Dumplings purchased Seafood Empire in Belmar and assumed the lease for their space at 6981 W. Alaska Drive in Lakewood. David Schneider represented Mason’s.

Vapor Toke leased 1,390 square feet at Tower Pavilion, 6571 S. Tower Road in Aurora. John Livaditis and David Schneider represented the landlord. Ben Tidwell of Legacy Real Estate represented the tenant.

Beyond Human leased 1,460 square feet at Stanley Marketplace at 2501 N. Dallas St. in Aurora. David Schneider represented the landlord. Travis Plaake of the Sullivan Group represented the tenant.
