Deals of note:

3500 Tennyson St SM LLC purchased 3500 N. Tennyson St., a 4,820 square-foot-apartment building with eight units in West Highland for $2 million. Greg Johnson and Conner Piretti of NorthPeak Commercial Advisors represented the seller. Adam Waggoner of Generator Real Estate represented the buyer.

Hampton Yards, a private equity investment firm, announced they sold their 20.43 acre heavy industrial property at 3801 E. 64th Ave. in Commerce City for $18.5 million to Semi-Stow, a truck and commercial vehicle parking service. 

Peoria Condos LLC purchased 22 industrial/flex units at 5475 Peoria St. in Denver for $4.92 million from Colorado RE1 LLC, 5475 Building I LLC and 5475 Building II LLC. The units range from 1,680 to 3,360 square feet. Jake Malman of Malman Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. Mark Alley and Paul Schneider with Pinnacle Real Estate represented the seller. 

Henry Group Real Estate reports the following deals

Rocky Mountain Real Estate and Investments LLC purchased a 12-unit apartment complex at 2526 N. Clay St. in Denver for $2.25 million from Clay Apartments LLC. Patrick Henry and Boston Weir represented the seller. Will McCauley of Unique Properties represented the buyer. 

Avison Young reports the following deals:

SSH Hotel Property XV LLC purchased nearly 3 acres at 6843 S. Potomac St. in Centennial for $1.2 million from Paragon Financial Investors. Rick Egitto and Howard Schmidt Brennan represented the buyer. Bo Pitto, James McGill, Chris Schultz and Carmon Hicks of JLL represented the seller.

Colorado Statewide Internet Portal Authority leased 5,793 square feet at 950 S. Cherry St. in Denver. Chad Alexander and Caitlin Ellenson represented the landlord. Tammy Baldwin with JLL represented the tenant.

Fuller Real Estate reports the following deals:

The Douglas County Board of County Commissioners purchased the Brewery Bar restaurant at 9228 Park Meadows Dr. in Lone Tree for $3.9 million. The board plans to use it for the Aging Resources of Douglas County. Andrew Dodgen and Bob Leino were the transaction brokers. 

1990 S. Havana St. T5, LLC leased a 0.5-acre auto lot at 1990 S. Havana St. in Aurora. Andrew Dodgen was the transaction broker. 

Ashley Bowen and Ross Johnson leased 870 retail square feet at 905 E. Colfax Ave. in Denver. Andrew Dodgen was the transaction broker.

Kentwood Commercial reports the following deals:

Nakedwines.com, Inc leased 6,077 office square feet at 511 16th St. in Denver. Randy Swearingen and Jim Tyler represented the tenant.

Sport Design Sweden leased 2,752 office square feet at 914 Inca St. in Denver. Karen Landers represented the landlord.

Top Paw K9 Academy LLC leased 2,528 square feet at 3280 N. Downing St. in Denver. Ciara Monfort represented the tenant.

First Link Technology Inc leased 1,565 office square feet at 9200 E. Mineral Ave. in Englewood. Jim Tyler represented the Tenant.

Alluvion RE LLC purchased a 1,286-square-foot retail condo at 2240 Clay St. in Denver for $965,000 from Sundance Vista LLC. Karen Landers represented the buyer.

The 49th leased 2,858 restaurant square feet at 5350 S. Santa Fe Drive in Littleton. David Ray represented the tenant. John Livaditis of Axio Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord. 

Malman Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

Oasis Dental leased 3,500 square feet at 990 S. Abilene St. in Aurora. Greg Mazin represented the landlord. Steven Duong with Brokers Guild Real Estate represented the tenant.

Purple Haze Inc leased 2,373 square feet at 3325 Brighton Blvd. in Denver. Jake Malman represented the tenant. 

Sheldon-Gold Realty Inc reports the following deals:

Mary Mackey and George Denavit purchased 2,714 office square feet at 926 W. 6th Ave. in Denver for $440,000 from JJS Investments LLC. The seller was represented by George Moseley. The buyers were represented by Bill Colangelo of Equity Commercial Real Estate.

Jill Sohayda leased 1,792 office square feet at 9200 W. Cross Dr., Suite 310, in Littleton. The tenant was represented by Greg Johnson. The landlord was represented by Karen Clarke of Transwestern. 

Percheron Professional Services leased 1,478 office square feet at 5950 S. Willow Dr., Suite 212, in Greenwood Village. The tenant was represented by Eric Gold.

Medspamc LLC leased 1,357 office square feet at 6025 S. Quebec St., Suite 210 in Centennial. The tenant was represented by Mary Jo Cummings.

Patient Shield Concepts LLC purchased a 788-square-foot office condominium at 1181 S. Parker Road, Unit 102, Denver for $165,000 from Stephen Brake Associates LLC. The seller was represented by Eric Gold.

New Western Acquisitions purchased 8195 W. 14th Ave. in Lakewood for $328,000 from Nan McConnaughey. Charles Nusbaum represented the seller. 

DS Market Inc leased 3,600 retail square feet at 16780-84 E. Iliff Ave. in Aurora from Kingsborough Crossing LLC. Louis Lee represented the landlord.

MS Consulting & Services Corp. leased 640 office square feet at 17700 S. Golden Road, Unit 106 in Golden from PNS Rainbow Shoppes LLC. Tom Bevans represented the landlord.
