25W BKM LLC purchased the 21,258-square-foot building at 15 E. Iowa Ave. in Denver for $2.35 million from the South Gate Masonic Building Association. The building along South Broadway has ground-floor retail space, second-story office space and a single apartment. Joshua Cohen of John Propp Commercial Group represented the seller.

Osage Studios LLC purchased 1305 N. Osage St., a 10,300-square-foot warehouse in Denver, for $2.13 million from GSW Ventures LLC. Russell Gruber of Gruber Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. Mike Viehmann and Mike Wafer Jr. of Newmark represented the seller.

Keyaki Kousan Co. Ltd. purchased the apartment building at 285 S. Lincoln St. in Denver for $2.5 million from Marshmallow Lincoln LLC.

Kaufman Hagan Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

1983 LLC purchased a pair of duplexes at 4949 and 4950 E. 9th Ave. in Denver for $1.45 million from Deanna Berman. Brandon Kaufman and Andrew Vollert represented the buyer and seller.

Paul N. Galligan purchased the fourplex at 9436 W. 57th Ave. in Arvada for $840,000 from Apollo Management 57Ave LLC. Kevin Woolsey and Colby Constantine represented the seller.

RLM Z3 LLC purchased 9710-9730 W. 50th Ave., a 5,750-square-foot industrial property in Wheat Ridge, for $1.14 million from Iris St Business Center LLC. Keith Lenz represented the seller.
