Deals of note:

MG Properties purchased the Bear Valley Park Apartments at 5775 W. Dartmouth Ave. in Denver for $76 million from Jackson Square Properties. Jordan Robbins and Alex Possick of JLL represented the seller.

Revere Development LLC purchased the Centennial Business Center at 7184 S. Revere Pkwy. for nearly $9 million from Refrigeration Supplies Distributor.

0366 LLC purchased 1.8 acres at 7707 W. 5th Ave. in Lakewood for $1.1 million from Streets of Golden Development LLC. Phil Yeddis of Unique Properties represented the seller. Kyle VanCamp of Unique Properties represented the buyer. 

NavPoint Real Estate Group reports the following deals:

Four Square Properties II LLC purchased 12,000 industrial square feet on 1.62 acres at 1609 and 1713 Park St. in Castle Roc for nearly $3.2 million from JGC2M LLC. Matt Call represented the seller. Jeff Brandon represented the buyer.

Heron Fly Fishing LLC leased 2,402 retail square feet at 611 N. Wilcox St., Suite E, in Castle Rock for 125 months. Jordan Burgess and Matt Call represented the landlord. 

Capstone Companies reports the following deal:

Mayfly Capital LLC purchased nine residential units at 1646 Routt St. in Lakewood for $1.73 million from CO Merlot Red LLC. Austin Smith was the transaction broker.

NorthPeak Commercial Advisors reports the following deal:

Neil & Bob LLC purchased a five-unit apartment building at 2144 N. Vine St. in Denver for $1.2 million from York Ventures Ltd. Austin Bengford represented the seller. 

Unique Properties reports the following deals:

Kenton BWC LLC purchased 9504 E 17th Ave. in Aurora, an eight-unit apartment building, for $980,000 from South O LLC. Elliott Polanchyck, Will McCauley and Phil Dankner were the transaction brokers. 

John Pascal purchased 601 Lipan Street in Denver for $615,000 from E Wyatt LLC. Marc Lippitt and Justin Herman represented the seller. 

Blank Barbers leased about 1,500 square feet at 700 E. 11st Avenue in Denver, its third location in the city. Marc Lippitt and Justin Herman represented the landlord.

CBRE reports the following deal:

Core & Main leased nearly 57,000 office square feet at 11011 E. 104th Avenue in Commerce City. Tyler Carner, Jeremy Ballenger, Daniel Close and Jessica Ostermick represented the landlord. Mike Camp represented the tenant.

Gruber Commercial Real Estate reports the following deals:

zTrip leased 13,893 industrial square feet at 1001 W. 42nd Ave. in Denver. Russell Gruber represented the landlord. Matt Nora of Lee and Associates represented the tenant.

ZTL Partners leased 5,000 square feet at 16700 E. 2nd Ave. in Aurora. Russell Gruber and Mike Wafer Jr. represented the landlord. 

Tankhead leased 3,200 industrial square feet at 1344 W. Cedar Ave. in Denver. Steve Fletcher represented the landlord.
