Deals of note:

The Feed leased 75,292 industrial square feet at the Verve Commerce Center, 11715 W. 112th Ave. in Broomfield. Patrick McGettigan, Jason White, Mitch Zatz and Carmon Hicks of JLL represented the developer and landlord, SunCap Property Group and Nuveen. 

AssuredPartners leased roughly 22,000 office square feet on the 15th floor in Stanford Place III, a 17-story office building at 4582 South Ulster St. in the Denver Tech Center. The company is relocating from the building’s sixth floor. Ryan Link, Harrison Archer, Rob Link and Kiana Akina of CBRE represented the tenant.

The Other Side Academy Denver purchased 1880 Gaylord St. in City Park West for $1.65 million from the State of Colorado. Kittie Hook of Newmark represented the buyer. 

Malman Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Ascent Commercial Real Estate purchased 501-521 N. Kalamath St. in Denver, a roughly 24,000-square-foot industrial building, for $3.1 million from 501 Kalamath Associates LLC. Taylor Roy represented the buyer. Tanner Digby and CJ Anania of Digby Commercial Advisors represented the seller.

Newmark reports the following deal:

MIH2 USA Inc leased 6,346 office square feet at Miner’s Point at 701 12th St. in Golden. Brian Wingate, Victor Frandsen, Tim Harrington, Alan Polacsek, Charles Sutherland, Manuel Breidenbach and Eddie Kane represented the landlord. 

NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deals:

Justin and Christine Perry purchased 1330 S. Cherokee St. in Denver, a 6,176-square-foot industrial building, for $1.39 million from the Norma I Gerber Revocable Trust. Craig Myles represented the seller. Nicholas Nasharr, Nick Rice and T.J. Smith of Colliers represented the buyer.

Always Training LLC leased 3,600 retail square feet at 250 East Dry Creek Rd., Suite 110, in Littleton. Jonathan Power represented the tenant.

Fuller Real Estate reports the following deal:

Dalco Industries Inc purchased 3730 Salem St. in Denver, a nearly 10,000-square-foot warehouse, for $3 million from the 737 Company. Bob Pipkin and Brian Baker represented the buyer, a former tenant in the space.

Fairlane 1205 W. Evans Acquisition LLC purchased 1205 W. Evans Ave. for $4.1 million from The Training Fields LTD. 

Bennett Acres LLC purchased 295 South County Road 129 in Bennett for $2.8 million from James Woods. 

Sonjan LLC purchased 4520 and 4530 Indiana St. in Golden for $2.7 million from Jerry and Rena Bell. 

WPH AOS LLC purchased 8025 Club Crest Drive in Arvada for $1.22 million from Sequoia Land LLC.

Newportfax LLC purchased 6736 E. Colfax Ave. in Denver for $1.2 million from the El Siloe Community Church. 

Skal Holding Company LLC purchased 9606 Ralston Rd. in Arvada for $1 million from Andrzej and Janina Nowotarski.
