310 Archer Investors LLC purchased a 17-unit, roughly 9,000-square-foot apartment complex at 310 W. Archer Place in Denver for $4.2 million from 1480 Silver King Drive LLC. Joe Hornstein and Scott Fetter of NorthPeak Commercial Advisors represented the buyer and seller.

Cedar Oaks Apartments LP purchased 2426-2446 Clay St., an 11-unit, approximately 5,000-square-foot apartment building in Denver for $2.2 million from JP50 LLC. Patrick Henry and Boston Weir of The Henry Group represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Kevin Calame and Matt Lewallen of NorthPeak Commercial Advisors.

SCRAM Systems leased 25,060 office square feet in building 6 at the Greenwood Corporate Plaza, 6251 Greenwood Plaza Blvd., in Greenwood Village. CBRE brokers Mitch Bradley, Lindsay Gilbert and Megan Strauss represented the landlord. Harrison Archer and Ryan Link of CBRE represented the tenant.

NavPoint Real Estate Group reports the following deals:

DJW Building LLC purchased a 2,370-square-foot office condo located at 1001 S Perry St., Units 103 and 105, in Castle Rock for about $652,000 from 1001 S Perry LLC. Jordan Burgess represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Rick Nelson and Brett Ogden of Hoff & Leigh. 

JS Pogge Holdings LLC purchased a 2,192-square-foot office condo at 10499 Bradford Rd., Unit 107, in Littleton for $485,000 from DCP Ken Caryl LLC. Matt Kulbe represented the seller. John Becker of Fuller Real Estate represented the buyer. 

Bjorem Speach Publications LLC leased 1,863 office square feet at 15 Wilcox St., Suite 301, in Castle Rock for 12 months. Jordan Burgess represented the landlord. 

ClueClock Escape Rooms LLC leased 1,465 retail square feet at 7437 Village Square Lane, Suite A115, in Castle Pines for 63 months. Jeff Brandon and Brent Ham represented the landlord. 

Bella Vista Salon expanded its lease to include an additional 1,274 retail square feet at 611 N. Wilcox St., Suite D, in Castle Rock while also extending its term in Suite C for an additional 10 years. They now occupy 2,611 total square feet at the retail center. Jordan Burgess and Matt Call represented the landlord.

Triangle Ltd bought a 5,179-square-foot office building at 1360 S. Clarkson St. in Denver from CB Investment Group LLC for $2.2 million. Keith Bell represented the buyer. 

Heartland Payment Systems subleased 7,515 office square feet at 11080 Circle Point Rd in Westminster. David Hart represented the sublandlord.

Advantage West Food Service Marketing Inc leased 6,368 industrial square feet at 14 Inverness Dr. E. in Englewood. Keith Bell represented the landlord. 

Centimark Corporation leased 3,750 industrial square feet at 16608 E. 2nd Ave. in Aurora. Mike Wafer represented the landlord.
