Deals of note:

Crosse Partners purchased Moncrieff Business Center, a 101,406-square-foot warehouse distribution center at 14603 E. Moncrieff Place in Aurora, for $10.9 million. Jeremy Ballenger, Tyler Carner, Jessica Ostermick and Jim Bolt of CBRE represented the seller, an affiliate of Zurich Alternative Asset Management.

ZS Capital Partners purchased 9152 Yosemite St. in Commerce City, a 60,000-square-foot warehouse, for $8.3 million from Ward Realty Corp.

Hey Girl Designs LLC leased 5,741 office square feet at 2911 Walnut St. from Brookside Holding LLC. Paul Cattin and Adam Hubschman of NAI Shames Makovsky represented the landlord.

NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deals:

Albrook Partners LLC purchased a roughly 35,000-square-foot warehouse at 6270 E. 50th Ave. in Denver for $3.78 million from C.C.E. Real Estate LLC. Paul Cattin and Adam Hubschman represented the buyer.

TN Telephone Facility LLC purchased 4,000 industrial square feet at 1465 S. Cherokee St. for $1.16 from Double Trouble Investments LLC. Craig Myles of NAI Shames Makovsky and R.C. Myles of Thrive Commercial Group represented the buyer. Stephen Chipman and Michael Bright of BRC Real Estate represented the seller.

Huckleberry Roasters LLC leased 1,278 square feet at 1400-1460 Larimer St. from AP Larimer Square LLC. Jonathan Power represented the tenant.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deals:

1919 Federal LLC purchased 1919 N. Federal Blvd from Billen Enterprise LLC for $2.5 million. Jake Klimas and Brandon Kramer represented the seller. 

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

1537 Pearl LLC purchased 1537 N. Pearl St., a six-unit apartment building, for $955,000 from Pearl Street Properties LLC. That’s about $159,000 per unit and $276 per square foot. Charlie Mitelhaus, Andrew Monette and Corey Sandberg represented both the seller and the buyer.

John Propp Commercial Group reports the following deal:

Mitchco LLC purchased a car dealership at 4040 S. Broadway in Englewood for $950,000 from Shirley L. K. McBroom and other related entities. John Propp represented the seller.

The United Pentecostal Church leased 5,555 square feet at 1001-1003 S. Pearl St. in Denver. Tanner Fanello and Brian Baker represented the landlord.

Raft Counseling leased 2,166 office square feet at 19750 E. Parker Square Drive in Parker. John Becker and Mike Haley represented the landlord.

Caminos de la Vida leased 1,497 retail square feet at 2420 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver. Andrew Dodgen represented the landlord.

Colorado Cultures LLC leased 1,250 retail square feet at 3890 S. Kipling St., Unit K, in Wheat Ridge from Hillside Plaza LLC. Chris Isbell and Brandon Langiewicz were the transaction brokers.

The Law Office of Carl Miller PC leased 751 office square feet at 6901 S. Pierce St., Ste. 350, in Littleton from Columbine Executive Plaza. Lisa Langiewicz and Brandon Langiewicz were the transaction brokers.

Erin Johanson leased 675 retail square feet at 8790 W. Colfax Ave., Unit 50, in Lakewood from John Galloway. Isaiah Mayfield and Brandon Langiewicz were the transaction brokers.

Corner House Pizza leased 1,335 square at 100 Knox Court, the former Knox Pizza and Tap space. John Livaditis represented the landlord. Jeremiah Maupin of Apex Real Estate Advisors represented the tenant.

Homefill Co. leased 1,000 square feet at 7405 Grandview Ave. in Arvada. Brian Frank represented both sides of the deal.

Sweep Salon has leased the final 809 square feet at Grandview Station at 7357 Grandview Ave. in Arvada. Brian Frank represented the landlord and Madison Morris of Modus Real Estate represented the tenant.
