Deals of note:

Vault 44.01, a provider of carbon capture and storage services, leased 8,000 square feet at 1125 17th St. in Denver. Shayda Shah-Hosseini and Janessa Biller of JLL represented the tenant. Sarajane Goodfellow, Chris Phenicie and Allison Berry of CBRE represented the landlord.

Community Housing Development Association purchased 4.79 acres at 10850 E. Exposition Ave. in Aurora for $3.425 million from Laura Baker. The seller had been operating it as Aurora Horse Stables since 1947. The buyer plans to build affordable housing. John Propp of John Propp Commercial Group represented the seller.

Daniel Woodhams purchased 17 multifamily units at 758 N. Clarkson St. in Denver for $5 million from 758 N Clarkson Street LLC. Greg Johnson and Conner Piretti of NorthPeak Commercial Advisors represented the seller.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deal:

Comunale Properties purchased 19,960 industrial square feet at 1870 W. 64th Lane in Denver for $3.45 million from Manhattan Fund XXI LLC. The property is fully leased to three tenants. Brandon Kramer represented the seller.

Krameria Properties LLC purchased 1283, 1285, 1287 and 1289 Newton St. in Denver for $3.285 million from Little Nell 1285 LLC.

1309 W Evans Ave LLC purchased 1309 W. Evans Ave. in Denver for $675,000 from Suder Partnership LLC.

Jason Street Holding Company purchased 1505 W. 3rd Ave. in Denver for $11.3 million from Tecknit Shielding Systems Inc. 

Jason Street Holding Company purchased 5350, 5360, 5366, 5370, 5376, 5384 and 5390 Garfield St. and 5385 Jackson St. in Denver for $2.3 million from Boot Hill Real Estate Holdings LLC.

Jason Street Holding Company purchased 5550 E. Evans Ave. in Denver for $2.3 million from Rackstar Investors LLC.

MGL Capital Investment LLC purchased 1200 S. Galena St. in Aurora for $600,000 from Swish LLC.
