Blazing Bird Nashville Hot Chicken leased drive-thru restaurant space at 7960 Sheridan Blvd., formerly a Dairy Queen, in Arvada. Paul Nora and Jamie Mitchell of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the landlord.

T3CP CO LLC purchased 9650 E. Geddes Ave. in Englewood for $11.25 million from ESA P Portfolio LLC. The property is home to an Extended Stay America hotel.

LVE, a tradeshow and exhibition planning and support services company, leased 18,075 industrial square feet at 4590 Geneva St. in Denver. Paul Kluck of CBRE and Kyle Benson of Session Group represented the tenant. Jim Bolt, Bill Thompson and Mike Camp of CBRE represented the landlord.

JLL reports the following deal:

Sho LLC and Blue Rhino Investments Inc and Stephen Caragol purchased the Dry Gulch Commons apartment complex at 5855-5865 W. 11th Ave. in Lakewood for $8.5 million from Perpetual Properties LLC. Robert Bratley and Jake Sanders represented the seller.

Colorosa Commercial Properties reports the following deal:

1660 Federal LLC purchased 1660 Federal Blvd. in Denver for $6.25 million from Frank Ponce Estate. Jennifer Castro and Rachel Colorosa represented the buyer. Will Scherman and Brandon Kaufman represented the seller.

North Peak Commercial Advisors reports the following deal:

Marengo Investments LLC purchased 28 multifamily units at 1115 Logan St. in Denver for $6.2 million from CR Denver Apts 1 LLC. Greg Johnson and Conner Piretti represented the seller. Justin Brockman and Chris Student of The Brockman Group represented the buyer.

ECI SRC Cooper LLC purchased 0.74 acres at 5701 W. Colfax Ave. in Lakewood for $2.425 million from GTCLS 5701 Colfax RE LLC. David Ray represented the seller.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deal:

The Charles L. Carter and Sue E. Carter 1988 Revocable Inter Vivos Trust purchased the two-story 12,378-square-foot ARTS Westside Center for Change office building at 6303 Wadsworth Bypass in Arvada for $1.46 million from Diana Cooper. Brandon Kramer, Erik Enstad, Spencer Mason, and Patrick Ford represented the seller.

The Lawless Group leased 26,463 square feet at 18146 E. 84th Ave. in Commerce City. Mark Dwyer and Sam Slaton represented the landlord.
