Deals of note:

Community Solutions purchased the Loop at Lamar Station apartment complex at 1450 Lamar St. in Lakewood for $26.65 million from CentrePoint Properties and Riverpoint Partners. Robert Bratley and Jack Sanders of JLL represented the seller.

NexMetro Development LLC purchased 11.57 acres at 5440 McIntyre St. in Golden for $4 million from Margaret Hunnicut and Robert Lipstreu Sr, and another 4.56 acres at 5400 McIntyre St. in Golden for $1.05 million from Margaret Hunnicut. Cory Dulberg of NAI Shames Makovsky represented the buyer.

T3 Enterprise LLC leased 1,931 retail square feet in the Drivetrain building at 3299 Brighton Blvd, Suite 114, in Denver. Paul Cattin, Adam Hubschman and Solomon Stark of NAI Shames Makovsky represented the tenant.

JLL reports the following deal:

MJM Real Estate Investments LLC purchased the 29-unit Vincent J. Boryla Apartments building at 4923 King St., which is master-leased to Regis University, for $17 million from Slipstream Properties. Robert Bratley and Jack Sanders represented the seller. 

NorthPeak Commercial Advisors reports the following deal:

4097 Vance St LLC purchased 24 multifamily units at 4097 Vance St. in Wheat Ridge for $7.5 million from MA Capital KC LLC and DI Holdings LLC and All Surface LLC. Kevin Calame and Matt Lewallen represented the buyer and seller.

Malman Commercial Real Estate reports the following deal:

Julie Stevens purchased 922 industrial square feet at 29320 Industrial Way, Unit 209, in Golden for $375,000 from Elizabeth Craft Designs Inc. Taylor Roy represented the seller.

BetaWest leased 2,461 office square feet at 1050 17th St., Suite 1850, in Denver. Jeffrey Hirschfeld represented the tenant.

Wagstaff Law Firm leased 2,235 office square feet at 950 Lincoln St. in Denver. Charles Nusbaum represented the landlord.

Lee Liley leased 450 office square feet at 50 S. Havana St., #502 Front, in Aurora. Charles Nusbaum represented the landlord.

5790 Lamar LLC purchased 8,075 industrial square feet at 5790 Lamar St. in Arvada for $1.68 million from Professional Real Estate Investments LLC. Riley Kilgore, Alyssa Tomback and Thimy Moraitis represented the seller.

NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deals:

TN Telephone Facility LLC purchased 10,000 industrial square feet at 355 E. Grant St. in Elizabeth for $1.425 million from Smilanic Construction & Design Corp. Craig Myles of NAI Shames Makovsky and RC Myles of Thrive Commercial Group represented the buyer. Jessica Smith and Nick Jurgens of Madison Commercial represented the seller.

Welch Equipment Company Inc. leased 32,500 industrial square feet at 5850 E. 58th Ave. in Commerce City. Craig Myles represented the landlord.

Sheldon-Gold Realty Inc. reports the following deals:

Trisha Karsetter purchased a 1,575-square-foot office condo at 215 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Unit 230, in Lakewood for $239,900 from Ventura Belmar Condo LLC. Mary Jo Cummings and Eric Gold represented the seller.
