Zynex Medical leased 41,000 office and lab square feet at 9555 S. Maroon Circle in Englewood. The new facility will accommodate the growth of the company’s Zynex Monitoring Solutions division. The company is headquartered nearby. Brendan Fisher of Savills represented the tenant.f

MFREVF Inverness LLC purchased 10200 E. Dry Creek Road in Englewood for $111.1 million from Amli At Inverness LLC. The property is home to an apartment complex.

5030 Westminster LLC purchased 5030 W. 88th Place in Westminster for $11 million from Supreme Bright Colorado IX LLC. The property is home to a Hampton Inn.

KMR Real Estate LLC purchased the 6,912-square-foot building at 12975 Quebec St. in Thornton for $3.035 million. David Gagliano represented the buyer.

Bright AV purchased 7,000 flex square feet at 6670 Holman St. in Arvada for $2.737 million. Tanner Fanello and Brian Baker represented the buyer.

Camp Lejeune LLC purchased 27,366 office square feet at 7655 W. Mississippi Ave. in Lakewood for $1.6 million from Rodney Perala and Nancy Perala. Mike Haley and Alex Scott represented the seller.

Gravity Design and Manufacture LLC leased 2,000 flex/industrial square feet at 6125 W. 59th Ave. in Arvada. Tanner Fanello and Brian Baker represented the landlord.

Amy Lynch leased 572 square feet at 8341 S. Sangre de Cristo Road in Littleton. Paul Roberts represented the landlord.

Torrey Vylacial leased 975 square feet at 8341 S. Sangre de Cristo Road in Littleton. Paul Roberts represented the landlord.
