A Starz executive sold his 11,000 square-foot Cherry Hills Village mansion to a California-based trust for $8.5 million in April, taking the top spot among local home sales for the month.

The sale of the five-bedroom, seven-bath home at 4790 S. Ogden St., built in 2017, was entered in the MLS for comp purposes.

Jeff Hendley with Compass-Denver represented seller Steve Beabout, executive vice president and general counsel at Starz, and the buyer, Ballroom Private Trust.
