MG Properties purchased the Ridge at Castle Rock Apartments at 3715 Bilberry St. in Castle Rock for $67.15 million from Continental Properties. David Potarf, Dan Woodward, Matt Barnett and Jake Young of Walker & Dunlop represented the seller.

University of Colorado Health purchased 1700 Marion St. in Denver for $7.05 million from 1700 Marion LLC.

Colorado Renewables LLC leased 30,878 industrial square feet at 5045 Oakland St. in Denver. Mike Wafer Jr. of Newmark represented the tenant.

NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deals:

Christopher Lepzinski purchased 4,704 office square feet at 7006 S. Alton Way, Building D, in Englewood for $1 million from James H. and Louise Moore. Ana Sandomire and Peter Knisely represented the seller.

KHM Employment Attorneys leased 4,071 office square feet at 518 17th St., Suite 1100, in Denver. Ana Sandomire and Peter Knisely represented the landlord.

Newmark reports the following deals:

National Technology Transfer Inc. leased 18,789 industrial square feet at Arapahoe Business Park at 1200 E. Arapahoe Road in Centennial. Jason Addlesperger, David Lee and Phillip Lee represented the landlord.

UPPPER LLC leased 14,719 industrial square feet at Rocky Mountain Business Center at 13250 E. Smith Road in Aurora. Mike Viehmann, Mike Wafer and Mike Wafer Jr. represented the landlord.
