2755 S Locust LLC purchased the 38,852-square-foot office building at 2755 S. Locust St. in Denver for $5.14 million from Ironton Investments LLC. Joshua Cohen of John Propp Commercial Group represented the seller. Todd Snyder of NAI Shames Makovsky represented the buyer.

American Ninja Warrior leased 38,079 square feet at South Lowry Square at 7150 Leetsdale Drive in Denver. It will be the second U.S. location for the UK-based company. Brian Frank and John Livaditis of Axio Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant. Aaron Baney of Colorado Group represented the landlord.

Minor & Brown leased 7,861 office square feet at 7979 E. Tufts Ave. in Denver. Jamie Gard and Eddie Kane of Newmark represented the landlord.
