CEO sells Boulder home for $9.8 million, topping January sales

A 9,000-square-foot modern farmhouse tops January’s list of priciest local home sales in the Denver metro, according to MLS data.

Matthew and Meg Erickson bought the property at 950 Gilbert St. in Boulder in 2014 for $2.3 million, according to property records. Matthew Erickson is the CEO of Vero Fiber Networks. Meg Erickson is an account director at Epsilon.

The couple hired Dale Hubbard of Surround Architecture to design the five-bed, five-bath home, built by S.L. Murphy Construction in 2015. The home borders Edward Sell Smith Park and features Italian bluestone walkways in the backyard, a covered patio, and front and backyard fire pits. 

Patrick Dolan and Kelly Atteridg with Re/Max of Boulder handled the off-market sale of $9.8 million to Delaware-incorporated 950 Gilbert LLC.
