Denver Tech Hotel LLC purchased 7007 S. Clinton St. in Greenwood Village for $16.2 million from 7007 S Clinton Hotel LLC. The property is home to Sheraton Denver Tech Center Hotel.

PrimeSource Building Products leased 170,300 industrial square feet at HighPoint Elevated, a 5.5-million-square-foot industrial park under construction at the southeast corner of 64th Avenue and E-470 in Aurora. Todd Witty, Daniel Close, Tyler Carner, Jeremy Ballenger and Jessica Ostermick of CBRE represented the landlord, Hyde Development and Mortenson Properties.
