Deals of note:

  1. 1) Archway Communities purchased the 13-story, 88-unit Montview Manor apartment building at 1663 Steele St. in Denver for $6.5 million from Montview Building Corp., an affiliate of Montview Presbyterian Church. The 88-year-old building houses residents aged 62 and up.

2) Yarec Colorado LLC purchased the Buffalo Wild Wings property at 4995 Factory Shops Blvd. in Castle Rock for $2.525 million from Niki Castle Rock LLC. Drew Isaac and Ian Hicks of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. Tom Ethington of Blue West Capital represented the buyer.

3) NexCore Group purchased a 4.55-acre lot at RidgeGate Station in Lone Tree. The buyer plans to build a senior living complex. Elizabeth Morgan, Cody Stambaugh and Natalie Dupree of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer.

Capstone reports the following deal:

Louisiana RJ LLC purchased 10 multifamily units at 1400 W. Louisiana Ave. in Denver for $1.775 million from Rio De Esperanza LLLP. Christian Burgdorf represented the seller. Jason Koch of Capstone represented the buyer.

Colorosa Commercial Properties reports the following deal:

ZPC Holding LLC purchased 3605 S. Tamarac Drive in Denver for $1.5125 million from East Warren Ave LLC. Rachel Colorosa represented the buyer.

SVN | Denver Commercial reports the following deal:

J And R Services LLC purchased 13,500 industrial square feet at 6351 Beach St. in Denver for $3.1 million from 67th Street Acquisitions LLC. Jeff Heine and Corey Murray represented the seller. Brandon Langiewicz of Hoff & Leigh represented the buyer.

Hoff & Leigh reports the following deals:

Maria Garcia leased 2,400 retail square feet at 5455 W. 38th Ave., Units J and K, in Denver. Chris Isbell represented the tenant.

The Traveling Gnome LLC leased 2,630 office square feet at 100 Kalamath St. in Denver. Beau Hershberger represented the landlord.

Aaron Campbell leased 1,631 retail square feet at 180 S. Union Blvd. in Denver. Brandon Langiewicz and Steve Cummock represented the tenant.

Pearl Real Estate LLC purchased 1835 S. Federal Blvd. in Denver for $1.075 million from South Federal Properties LLC.

Steel City Holdings LLC purchased 8511 Rosemary St. in Commerce City for $2.995 million from Lone Star Holdings LLC.
