Deals of note:

1) DU Vista Acq LLC purchased the 84-unit apartment building at 1920 S. University Blvd. in Denver for $41.325 million from ZCP Vista LLC.

2) Old Mill LLC purchased 15755 E. Arapahoe Road in Centennial, home to Celebrity Lanes, for $13.75 million from C&S Expansion Partners LLC.

3) Sap Sua, a Vietnamese restaurant, leased 4,059 square feet at 2550 E. Colfax Ave. in Denver. Logan Schenk and Greg Nevins of The Zall Group represented the tenant.

Knightbridge Capital reports the following deal:

Knightbridge Capital purchased the 39-unit Gaucho Apartments at 1201 N. Clarkson St. in Denver for $7.3 million from Tremont Investment Group. Kyle Malnati, Sam Bretz and Zack Jenkins of Calibrate Real Estate represented the seller.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

Spk Nicole LLC purchased the 20-unit apartment building at 3444 S. Marion St. in Englewood for $4.16 million from 3444 Marion LLC. Chris Knowlton, Mark Knowlton and Jim Knowlton were involved with the transaction.

Henry Group Real Estate reports the following deal:

Sheridan Commercial Holdings LLC purchased 3.48 industrial-zoned acres at 5130 Parfet St. in Wheat Ridge for $2.625 million. Patrick Henry, Boston Weir and Dexter Degre represented the seller.

Fuller Real Estate reports the following deals:

Leroy Jenkins LLC purchased 10924 Leroy Drive in Northglenn for $2.2 million from Outdoor Storage III LLC. Brian Baker and Tanner Fanello represented the seller. Maxwell Marcum of Marcum Commercial Advisors represented the buyer.

Prestige Management LLC purchased 4600 Glencoe St. and 5330 E. 46th Ave. in Denver for $1.2 million from Steven Ray Bretthauer. Andrew Dodgen represented the seller. Behrooz Far of Your Castle Real Estate represented the buyer.

Hornbuckle Foundation purchased a 1,545-square-foot office condo at 10499 Bradford Road, Unit 104, in Littleton for $309,000 from DCP Ken Caryl LLC. Matt Kulbe represented the seller. Eliza Pfeifer of Broad Street Realty represented the buyer.

Kirk Oetken purchased an 891-square-foot office condo at 10394 W. Chatfield Ave., Unit 108, in Littleton for $210,000 from DCP Ken Caryl LLC. Matt Kulbe represented the seller.
