The Gothic Theatre building at 3263 S. Broadway in Englewood sold for $2 million.

  1. 1. AEG Presents – Rocky Mountains LLC purchased the Gothic Theatre building at 3263 S. Broadway in Englewood for $2 million from Gothic Ventures LLC.

2. Isolate Tower LLC purchased the 36-unit University Lofts student housing property at 2373 E. Evans Ave. in Denver for $24.5 million from Amplify Development Co. Tyler King and Nate Moyer of Berkadia represented the seller.

3. Barker Rinker Seacat Architecture PC leased 7,581 office square feet at 990 S. Broadway in Denver. Ana Sandomire and Peter Knisely of NAI Shames Makovsky represented the tenant.

CBRE reports the following deal:

Inverness 2022 LLC purchased 65,000 office and warehouse square feet at 35 Inverness Drive East in Englewood for $10.3 million from Hill Inverness Owner LLC. The building is fully leased to Teledyne Technologies. Patrick Devereaux, James Brady and Campbell Davis represented the seller.

NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deals:

Montfort Cos. purchased 1320 and 1324 20th St. and 1962 Market St. in Denver for $5.4 million from Dov LLC. Evan Makovsky, Dorit Fischer and Hayden Hirschfeld represented the seller.

40 North LLC purchased 6,540 office square feet at 108-110 W. Walnut St. in Brighton for $1.1 million from Hartigan Properties LLC. Todd Snyder represented the buyer.

3330 Ames St LLC purchased 22 multifamily units at 3330 Ames St. in Wheat Ridge for $4.5 million from SPK Limited LLC. Josh Newell represented the buyer. Chris Knowlton and Mark Knowlton represented the seller.

Litefoot Investments LLC purchased 11122 E. 47th Ave. in Denver for $1.3 million from 11122 E 47th Ave LLC. Brian Baker and Tanner Fanello represented the seller.

Newmark reports the following deals:

Rocky Mountain Lawn and Landscape LLC leased 2,069 industrial square feet at Building B, 14 Inverness Drive East in Englewood. Keith Bell, Jason Addlesperger and David Lee represented the landlord.

Havenly Inc. leased 5,791 office square feet at The Citadel at 3200 Cherry Creek South Drive in Denver. Peter Staab, Nathan Johnson and Cathy McDermott represented the landlord.
