Industrial park developer buys land in Aurora

A rendering of Sun Empire, a 3.9 million-square-foot industrial park planned for 316 acres at East 56th Avenue and Harvest Road in Aurora. The land for the project was purchased for $49.7 million.

1. The Opus Group purchased 316 undeveloped acres at East 56th Avenue and Harvest Road in Aurora for $49.7 million. The company plans to build a 3.9 million-square-foot industrial park called Sun Empire in partnership with Principal Real Estate Investors. Todd Witty and Daniel Close of CBRE represented the buyer and will market the project.

2. JTN Inc., dba Duality Fitness, leased 4,404 retail square feet at 1515 Vrain St. in Denver. Jake Malman of NAI Shames Makovsky represented the tenant.

3. Miles High LLC purchased 14,636 industrial square feet at 5010 Paris St. in Denver for $3.6 million from GF 5010 Paris Street LLC. Brandon Kramer and Jake Klimas of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.

Midtown 900 Associates purchased 5680 Tower Road in Denver for $5.3 million from Evergreen-56th & Tower Retail LLC. Jeffrey Hirschfeld represented the buyer.
