1. TLUS SP Littleton Owner LLC purchased the 248-unit Summit Riverside apartment complex at 4957 S. Prince Court in Littleton for $78.5 million from Rosemont Ridge at Lowry LLC. Dan Woodward, Dave Potarf, Matt Barnett and Jake Young of Walker & Dunlop represented the seller.

2. Sierra Space Corp. leased 69,674 square feet at Park 36 at 800 Hoyt Street in Broomfield. Mark Dwyer and Scott Caldwell of Lincoln Property Co. represented the landlord.

3. L&L Dry Creek LLC purchased 80,620 industrial square feet used by Priority Plastics at 5861 Tennyson St. in Arvada for $9 million from PKS Arvada LLC. Alyssa Tomback of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.

Mile High Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse purchased 9,734 vacant office square feet at 10190 E. Montview Blvd. in Aurora for $2 million from Francisca Onuoha. Erik Enstad represented the seller.

Sidford Capital purchased the fully leased Highlands Ranch Marketplace retail property at 9385 S. Colorado Blvd. in Highlands Ranch for $6.2 million from Brock Holding II LLC. Ryan Bowlby and Drew Isaac represented the seller.

Akshar Hospitality LLC purchased the 66-room Comfort Suites at 4755 Castleton Way in Castle Rock for $5.9 million from Tritel Venture Group LLC. Neville Rustomjee represented the seller.

A&C Autoworks Inc. purchased 3,200 industrial square feet at 12590 First St. in Thornton for $1.6 million from Front Range Motors Inc. Matthew Nora and Kirk Vanino represented the seller. Brandon Langiewicz of Hoff & Leigh represented the buyer.

Powell Environmental leased 18,509 industrial square feet at 6395 Brighton Blvd. in Commerce City. Kirk Vanino and Matt Nora represented the tenant.
