- 2. Entities affiliated with Oak Coast Properties purchased the Camber apartment complex at 6025 N. Ceylon St. in Denver for $89.5 million from LMC Denver Gateway I Holdings LLC.

DB Capital Management purchased the 149-unit Gardens on Paris apartment complex at 1612-1690 Paris St. and 1645 Peoria St. in Aurora for $24.6 million. Erik Toll and Spencer Bradley of CBRE represented the buyer.

American Properties Investment LLC purchased the 58,473-square-foot Kings Valley Marketplace retail center at 30403 Kings Valley Drive in Conifer for $10.3 million from Lone Tree Trust LLC and other entities. Barry Higgins represented the seller.
Cushman & Wakefield reports the following deal:
Phoenix-based ViaWest Group purchased 9.32 acres at 5601 Franklin St. in Denver for $8.2 million from Salem Radio Properties Inc. The company plans to construct a 134,400-square-foot industrial facility. Drew McManus, Bryan Fry and Ryan Searle brokered the sale of the land to ViaWest and will be handling leasing.
